TASTING NOTE  – An excellently balanced beer using a Single Malt and Single Hop bringing a slightly sweet nutty malt flavour along with Lemon & Blackcurrant flavour notes with a subtle hint of spice.

FOOD PAIRING – It’s a single malt/hop so it’s quite a delicate beer so it doesn’t need to be overpowered. So try a chestnut mushroom risotto – the chestnut mushrooms will give a woody flavour which would give an almost secondary hop taste. Or Oxford Sandyblacks pork sausages with chestnut mushroom mash – perfect!
